At Haya we believe in providing an equal service to every customer, and we work to make this site usable comfortably and independently by people with disabilities.
We have worked to align the site with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and with Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA.
What has been made accessible
- Semantic page structure that allows efficient navigation with a screen reader.
- Alternative text (alt) for every meaningful image on the site.
- Full keyboard navigation, including a clear focus indicator.
- A contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 between text and background.
- Full right-to-left (RTL) support, and browser text zoom to 200% without loss of content.
- Respect for the system preference to reduce motion (prefers-reduced-motion).
Known limitations
- Some pages or components may not yet be fully accessible. We continue to improve the site on an ongoing basis.
- Content originating from third parties is not always under our control.
